Shop the Bachelorette’s Clothes on thredUP

Rachel Lindsay sells fan-favorite clothes from Nick’s season on thredUP.com to support the ACLU.

thredUP, the world’s largest online thrift store, is selling Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay’s clothes for a cause. In the wake of her engagement, Rachel reminisces about clothes she’s worn with Nick, and sells those items to make room for a new chapter. 100% of proceeds will be donated to the ACLU, and thredUP will match the amount raised. Rachel says,

“I’m cleaning out my closet and selling my clothes from Nick’s season on resale site thredUP.com to get a fresh start with my new fiancé. I’m excited for me and Bryan to be a normal couple, and I’m so glad I finally get to wear the engagement ring he picked for me! Out with the old memories and in with the new.

Fans of the show can visit thredup.com/bachelorette to scoop up iconic outfits Rachel wore on Nick Viall’s season of the Bachelor, including the Penguin onesie from the Fantasy Suites, the earrings she wore to meet Nick for the first time, the black crop top and pants from the track & field date, and the white bodysuit from her first one-on-one date with Nick in New Orleans.

Of her choice to donate all proceeds to the ACLU, Rachel says,

“I’m an advocate of spreading love not hate! I do think this season of the Bachelorette took a step forward, but it also highlighted that there are still close-minded people in the world. I’m thrilled that the clothing I’m selling on thredUP.com will support the ACLU, an organization close to my heart that fights against hate and ignorance.”

thredUP will match the amount Rachel raises to maximize the impact of the sale. A thredUP spokesperson says,

“Rachel Lindsay is not only a smart, strong woman, but she has a killer closet to match! thredUP is the easiest way to clean out and refresh your wardrobe, and as — not-so-secret — Bachelor Nation and #TeamRachel fans, we are thrilled to help Rachel let go of some old memories for a cause and move on with her newly engaged life. The ACLU does tremendous work and we fully support Rachel in her choice to donate 100% of proceeds from the sale of her clothes to them. To that end, we have committed to matching whatever Rachel raises to double the donation.”

This marks the first of thredUP’s “Shop Her Closet” series, where notable women sell their clothes for good. Click here to learn more about how thredUP does good in the community day-to-day.
