Nogin Announces Modcloset and Betabrand Forever, Resale Programs Enabled by ThredUp’s Resale-as-a-Service®

The programs allow customers to shop secondhand products directly from each brand’s website and resell gently-worn items for shopping credit to the respective brand. Modcloset and Betabrand Forever are both powered by ThredUp’s Resale-as-a-Service® (RaaS®), which enables the world's leading fashion brands and retailers to deliver customizable, scalable resale experiences to their customers. Modcloth and Betabrand join more than 40 other brands offering resale programs through RaaS, including J.Crew, Tommy Hilfiger, and Madewell.

 
 

Through Modcloset and Betabrand Forever, customers can purchase secondhand apparel, shoes, and accessories from both Modcloth and Betabrand directly on each brand’s website at modcloth.thredup.com and betabrand.thredup.com, respectively. Customers can also earn shopping credit to Modcloth or Betabrand for sending in gently-worn items. To participate in Clean Out, customers can generate a prepaid shipping label from here or here, fill any shippable box or bag with apparel, shoes, and accessories from any brand in their closet, and ship it to ThredUp for free. For items that sell on ThredUp, customers receive Modcloth or Betabrand credit that can be used online.
